We moved into Oak House in early April 2020. Our decision to purchase this particular property was based on a number of factors. Specifically

we were attracted by the modern, spacious and airy internal design combined with a handsome exterior and eco-friendly energy features.

The builder and vendor Charles Evans was very helpful during the property viewing and thereafter during the sale process. In particular he

provided some extra fencing and garden gates as additional features as we were keen to ensure that our two small dogs could be safely secured.

This work was provided prior to completion and enabled us to move in without undue worry.

Charles was also on hand when we moved in to provide assistance with parking, unloading, and connection to utilities.

Throughout the process Charles has been helpful, supportive and welcoming which together with his attention to detail and design

has ensured that we are very happy with our new property.

We would strongly recommend Charles to prospective purchasers and investors.
